Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour

Modern Slavery Statement for the Financial Year Ending in 2023
This statement is made pursuant to the Canadian Bill enacted to Fight Against Forced Labour in Supply Chains. This statement outlines the approach and initiatives by Angstrom Engineering Inc. to identify and address the risks of forced labour and child labour in business operations and supply chains during the financial year ending August 31, 2023. Bill S-211 is intended to ensure that products sold in Canada will not be manufactured with forced or child labour at any point throughout the supply chain.

To this end, Angstrom Engineering Inc. requires all our suppliers to abide by the following rules and to provide a written statement outlining their agreement and adherence to this policy. This policy is also designed to align with the goals of the U.S. UFLPA (Uyghur Forced Labour Protection Act) Public Law No. 177-79.
